1. 장비설명
• 렌즈를 변환할 경우에도 무진동으로 가능하면, V자형으로 움직이게 고안되 어 주변 장치에 전혀 방해를 받지 않음.
• 측정하는 동안에도 노이즈가 없으며, 현미경 터치 없이 별도의 리모트 컨트 롤러를 이용하여 조작이 가능함.
• 3가지 배율변환장치가 내장되어 있어 렌즈의 변환 없이 저배율에서부터 고 배율 자동으로 관찰이 가능함.
• 25X IR APO 렌즈는 실험에 적합한 long working distance 와 IR DIC 관찰 에 적합하도록 제작된 특수렌즈 임.
2. 구성 및 성능
• Stand: Automated widefield upright fixed stage microscope for Electrophysiology
• Transmitted light axis: Illumination: 12V 100W halogen lamp
• Condenser: Automation: Centerable condenser for Koehler illumination, for Brightfield, Phase Contrast, Polarization Contrast and DIC.
• Fluorescence Digital Camera: Digital high-speed, high-sensitivity cooled black/white camera with additional NIR mode and 3 pixel clocking rates (40MHz, 20 MHz, 1,6 MHz)
• Control box for microscope: Electronics box with built-in power supply 12 V 100 W and for control of the automatic microscope functions.
