We no longer provide light source equipment services..

Closed cycle refrigerator system consists of chamber cooling system and feedthrough which have connection with device inner chamber and outer port.

By using this system, we can measure electrical properties in 30K to 320K.

 

Machine Status:

Vacuum level : 10-6 ~10-7 Torr

Temperature Range : 30K to 320K

Sample Loading :   Sample needs to be mounted on designated socket before it can be measured (Please contact super-user for further information)

Measurement Scheme : All measurements using this machine are performed using Keithley instruments (which are programmed using labview).

Sample Connection : The sample is connected to external instruments using BNC Cables
