3. Purpose : This equipment is used to measurement for low temperature detectors. It is a optical microscope for measuring micro-scale patterns on wafer.

4. Specification and performance

The BX51M is a reflected light upright microscope for metallurgy and materials applications. The BX51M offers a full product line-up for every purpose and even for special applications. Near infrared light observations are possible with the same microscope body and reflected light illuminator.

The motorized BX61M is a reflected light upright microscope for metallurgy and materials applications. The motorized BX61M microscope is provided with automatic focus and automatic switching between reflected and transmitted light. The package of control software and macro programs enables a range of microscope operations to be performed via keypad, PC, notebook or Palm top terminal.
